The Illinois National Guard seeks to award approximately 31-40 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for its IDT Lodging Program. The Illinois National Guard is currently seeking hotels in the Aurora, Beardstown, Bloomington, Champaign, Chicago, Danville, Delavan, Dixon, East St. Louis, Freeport, Joliet, Kankakee, Kewanee, Lawrenceville, Litchfield, Macomb, Marion, Mattoon, Milan, North Riverside, Paris, Peoria, Pontiac, Quincy, Salem, Springfield, Streator, Sullivan, Sycamore, Urbana, and Woodstock areas to offer lodging to soldiers during their Inactive Duty Training (IDT). IDT typically takes place one weekend every month for these soldiers, and those that travel extended distances require a place to stay during their training. The Blanket Purchase Agreements that will be awarded are five (5) year awards allowing for immediate award of BPA Calls of up to $25,000 each for lodging costs. Additionally, high demand areas (for example Chicago and Springfield) will require the award of multiple BPAs to multiple hotels. All hotels located in the aforementioned areas are strongly encouraged to submit an offer in response to this solicitation. The synopsis can also be found on FedBizOpps. Any questions may be directed to 1LT Paul Seivert at (217) 761-3551 or paul.seivert@us.army.mil.
